the curious curio

I finally checked out a little store in SLO called Curio. I LOVED it! If you like simple, cute clothes and accessories at SERIOUSLY cheap prices, you'll love it too! It's located in the Creamery downtown. If you ever have the chance to go; trust me, you won't be disappointed. I got this amazingly cute hair clip for $2! They also had a pair of black high-top converse for $7, dresses for $9; and much, much more. Go check it out! :)

Cooking for Soutions 09!

This weekend was the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Cooking for Solutions 09! I had an amazing time! The whole weekend was filled with amazing people, amazing food, and great fun! God blesses me so much, I just can't wrap my little mind around it. I hope you had an amazing weekend too! :)

french flowers

Finals are next week for Cuesta, and I've been studying non-stop for the past couple days. This weekend is the Seafood for Solutions Gala and VIP Reception with Alton Brown (I obviously want to look nice ^-^), so I took a little break from studying and went with my Mom to get a manicure. I love how the flowers turned out! You never know what you're going to get when you ask for "nail art", but these came out beautiful.

mother's day!

We had such a nice Mother's Day. Church, brunch, nap, movie, dinner, The Nanny marathon. All in all, a wonderful day. Yeah, the cup pic is a little weird, I just liked the colors. :) Hope all you Mom's felt the love!

I can't believe it's already May of 2009! This year is sailing right by! I'm sad to see the rain go, but I'm looking forward to the nice summer weather (and no school!). Hope your year has been a sweet sail thus far. :)
