the middle man

Lately I have been feeling like the middle man in a lot of my friend's lives. I'm happy to know that everyone can trust me, and that they feel comfortable enough to share what they feel, but when they make me the "Matchmaker"; well, I've had enough. I don't want to shun them out and say, "I can't help you, go do it yourself.", yet being the middle man, I'm constantly being drained of all emotion and energy. I'm tired, stressed, overworked; I need a break from life. Anyone know where to go to get away from it all?

Grace Youth Group went up to Magic Mountain this weekend! It was a lot of fun, especially since my Sissy, BB, and Joe met me up there! We had a great time. Hope you had a fun weekend! :)

trust Him with everything

For the past few days, my back hasn't been very cooperative. After three days where I couldn't bend over, my Dad made a chiropractor appointment for me. It felt SO nice. I haven't been to a chiropractor for at least 2 years (WAY over due). I'm so happy that God timed it so perfectly (my math class was easy so I skipped it, my guitar class was canceled, and Magic Mountain was a few days away). God tends to wait for the last possible second to make me have pains and such (He's so funny that way. He just wants to watch me laugh in spite of myself freaking out, lol). Another reason I love Him. I'm going to Magic Mountain today! I love it there (especially in the off-season). I just pray God will make my back feel well enough to let me ride the coasters. hiking bishop's

Went hiking up Bishop's Peak on Saturday! SO much fun! Of course, I hadn't gone hiking for a while, so I was dying at the end, lol. Yet all in all, I had a great time! Afterward, Sissy and I went back to Bobby's for a little Nintendo action, then off to worship practice, and BACK to Bobby's. Such a fun day. Hope your day was just as wonderful. :)

harp field trip!

Heartland (my homeschooling group) went to the Triplet Harp factory today for a field trip! It was very fun and interesting. The guy in the green sweatshirt is making the strings (that's right, they don't buy, they make their own)! It was a very fun trip. Happy Friday! :)
